At Little Bookshoppe, we carefully check and pack each item before shipping. As a small business selling preloved and brand-new books, we kindly ask customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Little Bookshoppe are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong item chosen by the buyer

• Minor signs of use consistent with preloved books

• Failure to read the item description, condition notes, or photos provided

Condition of Preloved Books

Preloved books may show light signs of use such as:

• Slight tanning or foxing due to age

• Minor shelf wear

• Natural aging of pages

These are not considered defects and will not be grounds for refunds or returns. We do our best to disclose any noticeable flaws in the product description or photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

• You received a wrong item

• Your item arrived with major damage caused during shipping

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the item

• Photos of the packaging (including courier pouch or box)

Failure to report within the given timeframe may void eligibility for review.

Shipping-Related Concerns

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Little Bookshoppe is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the courier

• Lost parcels

• Damages incurred during transit

We will, however, assist you in coordinating with the courier when possible.

Refund Approval

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method when possible

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Processing time may take several business days depending on the payment provider
