Where is your book?

Little Bookshoppe does not have a built-in order tracker on our website. Once your order is shipped, tracking is done through J&T Express directly - either via their website or app - using the tracking number we’ll send you. You can also message us on Facebook and we’ll happily check it for you.

Two ways to track your order

You'll need your J&T tracking number, which we'll send you once your order has been handed over to J&T Express.

  • Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation we sent you

Having problem tracking it yourself? No problem at all — just send us a message on our Facebook page and we’ll check your parcel’s status and get back to you.

Important to know

When to expect a reply

  • Mon – Thu: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sat – Sun: Closed

Messages sent outside shop hours will be answered on the next business day. For faster tracking anytime, use the J&T Express website or app directly — it’s available 24/7.

Common tracking questions

When will I receive my tracking number?

We'll send your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to J&T Express. You'll receive it via your account email or we'll message you directly. Ship-out happens during our shop hours, Monday to Friday.

My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet. Is that normal?

Yes — it can take a few hours after handover for J&T's system to register the first scan. If it's been more than 24 hours with no movement, feel free to message us and we'll look into it for you.

How long does delivery usually take?

J&T Express typically delivers within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Davao City, Cebu City, Metro Manila and major cities are usually faster. Remote areas may take a little longer. Once in transit, delivery timelines are managed by J&T and may vary.

My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Please message us on Facebook right away with your order number. We'll coordinate with J&T Express on your behalf to investigate. Make sure to also check with your household members or neighbors in case the package was received on your behalf.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Once an order has been handed to J&T Express, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please make sure your address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error before shipment, message us immediately and we'll do our best to update it.

Do you offer same-day delivery or meet-ups?

We are a ship-out only shop — we do not offer same-day delivery or meet-ups. All orders are shipped via J&T Express nationwide. No exceptions, as this keeps the process fair and safe for everyone.
