Thank you for shopping with Little Bookshoppe! We carefully pack every order so your books arrive safely and ready for their next chapter.

Shipping Coverage

Little Bookshoppe is based in Davao City, Philippines and currently ships nationwide via J&T Express.

At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery, rush shipping, or cash on delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

Please allow:

  • 1 business day for payment confirmation

  • 2–3 business days for packing and shipment after payment confirmation

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

During busy periods, sales, holidays, or severe weather conditions, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and courier rates.

Any applicable shipping fee will be shown before you complete your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed over to J&T Express, we will send your tracking number through the email address provided at checkout.

You may also track your parcel directly through the J&T Express website or app.

Please note that courier updates may take some time to appear after a parcel has been picked up.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and J&T Express operations.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are outside Little Bookshoppe’s control. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high parcel volume, remote-area delivery, or courier operational concerns.

Please Check Your Details Carefully

Before completing your order, please make sure that your:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Complete delivery address

  • Barangay, city, province, and postal code

are correct and complete.

Little Bookshoppe cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost, or returned parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

Failed Delivery, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for re-delivery.

Refunds for returned parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

For concerns about damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Concerns Policy. An uncut unboxing video is required for us to properly review concerns involving shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect orders.
